Attainment's Shipping and Return Policies

 

How much is shipping and handling?

Shipping and handling fees for US orders are 5% of the total order, with a $5 minimum charge for ground service.

Shipping and handling fees to Canada are 15% of the total order, with a $15 (USD) minimum charge for ground service.

For all other international purchases, please send quote requests to international@attainmentcompany.com so we can quote you the best shipping options.

Can I have my order sent to a post office box?

Yes, but it cannot be sent via UPS and will be mailed through the U.S. Postal Service by Priority or First Class Mail.

Can I place my order over the phone? (1-800-327-4269)

Yes, orders can be placed over the phone with a purchase order, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover cards.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Currently orders for items in stock are shipping within 5-7 business days. Attainment's hours are weekdays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST). Contact us about items that are coming soon or out of stock.

How long will it take to receive my order after it is shipped?

UPS ground shipping in the continental US takes between 2-5 days to arrive after it leaves Verona, Wisconsin. Allow 7-10 days for orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.

Can Attainment products be returned?

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund, replacement, or exchange. Attainment is not responsible for the costs of shipping for any returns or exchanges. Your refund may be reduced to reflect fees incurred due to any damage to goods, restocking, importation, or other fees.
