The fourth Pre-ETS focuses on workplace readiness traits that describe many common skills and behaviors that employers expect. Workplace readiness skills are sometimes referred to as soft skills, employability skills, or job readiness skills. -

The third Pre-ETS listed in WIOA is counseling on opportunities for transition, or post-secondary education or higher education programs. This addresses the importance of discussing career pathway options for students with disabilities, starting as early as elementary school. -
